Danzig Am Platz in Frankfurt

Much too loud music outside! It resounds all over the Ostend! In the suburbs one has the feeling of being away from residential areas and celebrating escalating, but that is not the case. There are numerous residential buildings right next door! Many residents feel annoyed and disturbed by noise.

Great beer, great people and a great evening!

Nice location, the basic idea (beer from FFM for FFM) is also great, but the service is really underground: You just don't get anything to drink. This is somewhat obscure for a brewery-restaurant. Side effect: As there was hardly any service and therefore no beer was brought to the tables, around a dozen draft beers stood on the counter for over 10 minutes and had no more foam. When they were supposed to be delivered after about 15 minutes, they were poured up again to create foam. That's not the way to treat beer! And even less as a brewery restaurant! In view of the many positive reviews here, I am probably only the exception confirming the rule, but unfortunately I can only draw a negative conclusion, sorry!

Cool new afterwork location! We had to wait briefly to enter, but were then escorted to a free table. Great, how the distance rules etc. were implemented. Drinks are sometimes a bit more expensive, but on a Frankfurt standard. The light on tap tastes really delicious (€ 4). To eat there are various tarte flambée, beef sausage with potato salad and a tapas platter to share for 2-4 people. We chose tarte flambée. There is even a vegan option. Food came quickly and tasted wonderful. The service is very friendly and tries to come back everywhere. If it takes too long, drinks can also be ordered online. The later the evening the longer you had to wait for your drinks, but here you just have to be patient :) There was also live music. All in all a top location that I would be happy to recommend!

Pro: The current measures are taken really seriously and implemented here. Great location and a breath of fresh air in Frankfurt Cons: An allergen card could not be presented (legal requirement) and the staff was clueless about this or made false statements (is that gluten-free? Yes, there is only spelled in it)

Very good

I like to go here on Fridays for a beer after work, especially because there is craft beer on tap here. The menu is clear, I usually eat the beef sausage from the butcher around the corner with homemade potato salad. The staff is attentive, authentic, and friendly and I suspect they enjoy their work. ;)

A nice and cozy place to hang out for an evening with a small group. Gets really crowded when there are a lot of people around.

Easy to reach from the Northrend - and by subway anyway. Good beer, relaxed crowd. The food was always delicious - including vegan food.
